  题目:  从可积系统来看量子多体物理 (Many-body physics from a Bethe ansatz perspective)

  报告摘要:Since the discovery of the Yang-Baxter equation it has been over 45 years of developments of the Bethe ansatz exactly solvable models. The study of exactly solved models yields significant applications in a wide range of elds in physics and mathematics. Typical exactly solved systems in the more traditional setting of condensed-matter physics are quantum spin chains and ladders, Gaudin magnets, strongly correlated electron systems, Kondo problems, quantum gases and the BCS pairing model etc. In this colloquium, I will demonstrate the importance of being integrable from many-body perspectives. I will briefly review some prototypical integrable models of interacting fermions, bosons and spins that provide deep insights into understanding novel quantum many-body phenomena, such as BCS pairing, quantum criticality, correlations, dynamics, universal thermodynamics and critical matter of liquids etc. These studies will further place theories of mathematical  models into the lab for a wide range of physical phenomena.
